The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services for the company while ensuring quality and cost-efficiency. The role also involves maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for the best terms.

• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
