Purchase Executive

Material Procurement : Identify and procure construction materials like cement, sand, steel, aggregates, bricks, tiles, plumbing & electrical items, etc.

• Prepare and process purchase orders based on project/site material requirements.

• Vendor Management

  • Source and negotiate with reliable vendors & suppliers to get best quality and rates.

  • Maintain vendor database and relationship for timely delivery and credit terms.

  • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.

  • Documentation & Coordination

    • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery challans.

    • Coordinate with the accounts team for payment processing and GRN.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and project timelines.

    • Site Coordination

      • Work closely with project/site engineers to understand material demand and consumption.

      • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery at construction sites.

      • Assist in stock management and minimize material wastage.
