Purchase Executive

This role focuses on providing administrative and compliance support to the Company Secretary team, primarily handling Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs), document preparation, and routine filings with MCA and other regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and renew Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) for directors and authorized signatories.

• Support in preparation and uploading of forms on the MCA21 portal (like DIR-3 KYC, MGT-7, AOC-4, etc.).

• Assist in creation, scanning, and e-filing of documents for ROC and other statutory filings.

• Maintain and organize digital and physical records (minutes, resolutions, statutory registers).

• Track and update compliance calendars to ensure timely filings and renewals.

• Assist with DIN KYC, PAN/Aadhaar linkage, and director information updates.

• Coordinate with external service providers like practicing CSs or consultants for certifications.

• Support the CS team in logistics for board/committee meetings (e.g., printing, circulation, notarization).
