Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and comparing suppliers, materials, and prices

• Prepare and process purchase orders (PO) and follow up with vendors

• Maintain and update vendor database and purchase records

• Track order status and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with store, accounts, and user departments

• Prepare GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and invoice matching

• Follow procurement policies and cost-effective purchasing

• Support audits and maintain documentation
