Location: - Nagpur

Experience: - 10 to 15 years (Preferred Construction Industry experience)

Salary: - 35k to 50k (Fixed Salary + Petrol Allowance’s + Incentive)

Qualification: - Any Graduate/PG

Key Responsibilities:-

·       Leadership Role: Proven experience as Head of Operations or similar leadership role

• Knowledge of Cross Functional Teams: Familiarity with all business functions including Sales, HR, Store and Logistics, Contract fulfilment.  

• Good communication : with Stakeholders, Verbal and written

• Problem-solving aptitude

• Graduate or post Graduate

• Mentorship qualities : Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity  

• Self-Motivated: Take charge, evaluate available resources, then propose and implement appropriate solutions.

•  WORK UNDER PRESSURE, Candidate who can take working pressure, especially when sites encounter issues. Good operations managers are a stabilizing force during these times, helping to keep projects (and, often, even entire companies) afloat.

What is Expected :

·       Reporting throughout till the site’s completion, stakeholders may approach the operations Head for progress updates. Good operations managers can figure out what data should be presented, assemble that data in a concise format, and report confidently to the stakeholders in question

• Managing a team of Supervisors/Field Co coordinators: Allocate the sites to supervisors/ Field Coordinators and timely monitor the site's progress and report to the management, Work deadline and product use.

• Coordinating the order and delivery of materials to job sites

• facilitating site planning meetings

• tracking company resource usage

• identifying project risks and proposing solutions

• dispatching subcontractors and equipment

• measuring and managing client satisfaction

• facilitating weekly operations meetings

• coordinating equipment maintenance

• Coordination with Labor’s:- Regarding their salary, Advance pay salary, leave, and food Expenses coordinating with HR.

• Coordination with clients regarding site readiness- issues, Site Issues and resolution, coordination regarding the work status of a site or any other site challenges.

• Responsible for Stock Inventory.

• Take interviews for supervisors or any as directed      

• Conduct official meetings and training for staff as required.
