Operation Manager

1. Order Fulfilment & Logistics

   • Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.

   • Coordinate with courier partners and handle delivery exceptions.

2. Vendor & Partner Management

   • Manage relationships with printing, packaging, and logistics vendors.

   • Ensure SLA adherence and cost efficiency.

3. Inventory & Supply Chain

   • Monitor inventory levels and forecast requirements.

   • Ensure uninterrupted production and minimise wastage.

4. Customer Experience Support

   • Resolve operational issues impacting customers (e.g., delays, damages, COD fraud).

   • Work closely with customer support to ensure satisfaction.

5. Process & Quality Control

   • Improve operational efficiency and standardise workflows.

   • Ensure high-quality output in product and packaging.

6. Reporting & Team Management

   • Track KPIs and generate weekly reports.

   • Lead the operations team, drive accountability, and optimise performance.
