Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure seamless execution of hospitality, tourism, and NGO-related activities.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficiency and quality control.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Hospitality & Tourism Expertise:
Manage partnerships with hotels, restaurants, tour operators, and service providers.
Design and implement customer service strategies that enhance guest experience in hospitality and tourism-related programs.
Coordinate logistics for travel packages, tours, and hospitality events.
NGO & Program Development:
Support the strategic growth and impact of the organization’s nonprofit initiatives.
Develop, manage, and evaluate community outreach programs, fundraising events, and donor relations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial, and reporting requirements specific to nonprofit operations.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work environment.
Conduct regular training and capacity-building sessions for staff across functions.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional development activities for operational staff.
