Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team at Wings Brand Activations India Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹33000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basically from Ahmedabad

• Having Experience in BTL Industry completely

• Should have worked with vendors and have contacts of Promoters

• Able to negotiate with vendors and know the costing details

• Proficient in Excel

• Should know local language/ Hindi and English

• Have database of RWA/ Schools/ College and Corporates in local city

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience plus willing to work in Ahmedabad.
