Job Summary:

UrbanStandz Pvt Ltd is looking for a smart and organized Operations Executive to handle day-to-day office operations and assist with client meetings and sales coordination. This role requires good communication skills, knowledge of local language (Kannada), and the ability to manage both office and field tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Operations (80%)

• Coordinate and manage daily operational tasks at the office

• Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries

• Maintain documentation, client records, and property files

• Assist the sales team with appointment scheduling and follow-ups

• Coordinate between teams and ensure smooth internal communication

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates for management

Field Work (20%)

• Attend sales meetings and site visits with or without the sales team

• Meet clients for documentation or discussion as required

• Support in organizing property visits and meetings with prospective buyers

• Maintain a professional and client-friendly presence during meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations or admin roles (real estate experience is a plus)

• Must know Kannada ; English/Hindi is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with client-facing tasks

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, WhatsApp)

• Should be based in or near HSR Layout, Bangalore

Work Schedule:

• Full-time | 6 Days a Week

• 80% Office-based | 20% Field (meetings/client visits)
