The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating production, order management, and customer service for school uniform orders. This includes overseeing internal operations, inventory, and distribution, as well as directly handling on-site school counters and parent interactions during uniform distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Coordination:
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uniform manufacturing meets quality and timeline expectations.
Monitor production workflows and assist in resolving any delays or issues.
Order & Inventory Management:
Track incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished goods.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of uniforms.
School Coordination & Distribution:
Visit schools during scheduled uniform distribution to manage counters.
Oversee on-site setup and ensure smooth functioning of school uniform counters.
Ensure uniforms are delivered and distributed according to school timelines and policies.
Customer Interaction & Query Handling:
Serve as the first point of contact for parents during school counter operations.
Handle queries related to sizing, availability, exchange, and general concerns professionally.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of orders, school visits, and customer interactions.
Generate regular reports on order status, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
