Operation Executive

Job Role:

• Manage Video KYC (VKYC) process for customer onboarding

• Ensure VKYC completion targets are met

• Oversee and coordinate with Customer to ensure smooth completion of VKYC

• Meet daily assigned VKYC completion targets within TAT.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality customer experience during the onboarding process

Skills:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Malayalam language

VKYC – Malayalam language

• Fresher profiles

• Only Female Candidate

• Rotational Shifts 9.30 – 6.30 and 10 – 7 PM

• Work from Office

• 1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday working

• Cab facility would be there after 8 PM
