Responsibilities :- Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations & Sales Support Executive. The ideal candidate will support the operations and reporting of financial products while assisting the sales team with data, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update reports related to financial products and sales activities

Coordinate with the sales team to provide timely data and analytical support

Ensure accuracy in data entry and report generation using MS Excel

Assist in operational tasks such as documentation, follow-ups, and internal coordination

Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to relevant stakeholders

Identify process improvement opportunities in operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts)

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory)
