About the Job:
We are looking for someone smart and responsible to help us run our outdoor advertising company smoothly. You will be working from the office and making sure everything is organized and done on time.

What You Will Do:

• Talk to different people (like vendors and team members) to get work done

• Make sure reports and paperwork are ready

• Keep track of daily tasks and update them in Excel

• Help with planning and follow-up on company work

• Do simple computer tasks and keep things organized

What You Should Know:

• You must know how to read, write, and speak in English

• You should know how to use Microsoft Excel (basic level is okay)

• You should have worked in a similar job for at least 1 year

• You must be responsible, organized, and good with people
