Operation Executive

We are looking for a Operation Executive to join our team. This role involves managing essential Building maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and providing support as and where required.

Role & Responsibilities

Here is a list of some of the things a facility manager is responsible for:

·         Sourcing and overseeing contracts and service providers for functions such as cleaning, parking, security,
Repair Maintenances

·         Supervising teams of staff

·         Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance

·         Dealing with emergencies as they arise

·         Ensuring that facilities meet compliance standards

·         Planning for the future by forecasting the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements

·         Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects

·         Helping with office backend work (if any), Ensuring premises facility safety.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 10 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
