Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Executive to support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in email communication, data management using MS Excel, presentations using MS PowerPoint, and a solid foundation in general computer applications. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, coordination among departments, and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute daily operational activities to ensure timely delivery and smooth business flow

• Communicate effectively via professional emails with internal teams, clients, and vendors

• Prepare reports, charts, and data analysis using MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.)

• Create and present business or operational presentations using MS PowerPoint

• Maintain and update internal databases and documentation

• Support the operations team in project execution, logistics coordination, and workflow optimization

• Identify operational issues and assist in resolving them promptly

• Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

• Provide administrative support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

• 0-2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role preferred

• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)

• Strong MS PowerPoint skills (presentations, formatting, animations)

• Excellent email writing skills with professional tone and clarity

• Good general computer knowledge and adaptability to new software/tools

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
