Operation Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee day-to-day operations of a dialysis center. This role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating staff activities, supporting quality initiatives, and maintaining optimal equipment and inventory standards. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth functioning of the center while upholding high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: Supervise daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-friendly environment.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities are in adherence to healthcare laws, dialysis treatment protocols, and safety regulations.

• Staff Coordination & Training: Provide training to dialysis technicians in areas including treatment procedures, patient care, machine maintenance, cost control, and quality control.

• Axis Data Management: Coordinate with dialysis centers across Maharashtra (under QA Krushna) for timely collection and analysis of Axis data.

• BME Coordination: Work closely with the Biomedical Engineering (BME) team to oversee repair and preventive maintenance of dialysis machines and related equipment.

• Quality Assurance Support: Assist the QA team in conducting monthly Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to identify improvement areas and enhance patient care standards.

• Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure consistent availability and functionality of medical supplies and dialysis equipment.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with healthcare providers, technicians, and administrative staff to streamline operational workflows and improve service delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in healthcare operations or dialysis services

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of dialysis treatment standards and safety protocols

• Familiarity with quality assurance practices and biomedical equipment
