Role & responsibilities

1.    Knowledge of Purchase Order / Performa Invoice / Letter of Credit / Bank Guarantees / GST etc.

2.    Coordination with plant for technical documents / production / Inspection / Dispatch

3.    Coordination with client for technical documents approval / production clearance / payment / Dispatch / Empty drums return

4.    Keep track client interactions and analyze customer feedback

5.    Prepare customer MIS report data in excel sheet.

6.    Track and record production clearance and dispatching empty drum returns.
