We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Staff member to join our office team. The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems, ensuring all records are complete and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in databases and systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Generate reports as required
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, etc.)
Good typing speed and accuracy
