Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the office infrastructure.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Supervise office support staff (office boys, housekeeping, etc.).
Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., housekeeping, repair, courier).
Support HR and Accounts departments in documentation and recordkeeping.
Assist in planning and organizing office events or staff activities.
Required Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (BCom/BBA/BA preferred).
Diploma in Office Management/Administration (optional but preferred).
