· Assisting HR department
· Assisting Accounts department – bank visits, cheque submission, cash withdrawal and cash deposits.
· Filing work – Purchase Voucher, journals, receipts etc.
· Daily office schedules monitoring and supporting and assisting the staffs as and when required
· Assisting the Admin team by taking in-charge of regular – electrical, maintenance AMCs and services
· Co-ordinating with vendors – plumbers, electricians, AC service, Aquaguard service, Pest Control, Generator Service etc.
· Helping with documentation - scans and printouts, xerox as and when needed
· Working with teams as and when needed, co-ordinating and physical presence at vendor location printers and other vendors for Print and design work
· Willingness to travel locally as and when required
· Helping the staffs regarding lunch procurement as required
· Perform receptionist duties when needed
