Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive to manage, optimize, and streamline data workflows in our eCommerce-driven manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Looker Studio, Appscript, Google Sheets, checklists, and enterprise management tools like FMS (Factory Management System), PMS (Production Management System), and IMS (Inventory Management System). Proficiency in writing and understanding Google Sheets formulas and automations is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Reporting:
Build and maintain automated dashboards and visualizations in Looker Studio.
Aggregate and analyze data from various systems (IMS, PMS, FMS, ERP, etc.).
Regularly update performance metrics and KPIs.
Google Sheets & Automation:
Create dynamic reports using advanced Google Sheets formulas (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, etc.).
Develop and maintain AppScripts to automate data processing tasks.
System Integration:
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between Google Workspace, IMS, FMS, and PMS.
Ensure data accuracy across all tools and systems.
Checklist & Compliance:
Design and manage digital checklists for operational processes, audits, and quality checks.
Monitor and flag compliance issues based on data entries.
Process Optimization:
Identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
Support cross-functional teams with data insights and analytics for informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in a data management or analytics role, preferably in eCommerce or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Looker Studio, Appscript, and Google Sheets.
Proficiency in writing and debugging Google Sheets formulas.
Familiarity with FMS, PMS, and IMS platforms.
Experience in managing operational checklists and SOP documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
