MIS Executive

We are looking for a MIS Executive to join our team Social Initiative For India.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and streamline data management systems. The role involves handling data collection, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports for various departments.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.

• Identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements for data integrity.

• Provide actionable insights through data trends and analysis.

Key Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)

• Good knowledge of SQL or other database tools

• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau is a plus

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably BCA, B.Sc., B.Com, or BBA)

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
