MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

- Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and relevance.

- Utilize AI tools and techniques to enhance data analysis processes.

- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.

2. Reporting:

- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and other departments.

- Present data findings in a clear and concise manner using visual aids and dashboards.

- Continuously improve reporting processes by integrating AI-driven solutions.

3. Database Management:

- Maintain and update databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Implement AI solutions to streamline data management processes.

- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement AI-driven improvements in data handling and reporting.

- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.

5. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance data collection and reporting processes using AI.

- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to continuously improve the MIS function.

Qualifications:•

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.

- Experience with AI tools and techniques in data analysis and reporting.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software.

- Familiarity with AI and machine learning tools and platforms.

- Strong understanding of database management and data security principles.

- Having knowledge of JAVA , JAVASCRIPT

- Soft Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
