Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM and MIS Executive/Analyst to manage our customer database, generate business insights through data reporting, and optimize CRM processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM tools, data analysis, and MIS reporting, and should be capable of supporting strategic decisions through meaningful data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor customer engagement and lifecycle to improve retention and loyalty.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure proper CRM usage.

• Generate customer journey reports and suggest process improvements.

• Ensure CRM compliance with data protection laws and company policies.

MIS Responsibilities:

• Develop and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.

• Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and define reporting needs.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used in reports.
