MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update daily onboarding reports

• Maintain and track calling sheets and field recruiter activity

• Compile zone-wise, hub-wise, and date-wise reports

• Ensure data accuracy across Google Sheets and internal trackers

• Share daily/weekly MIS updates with relevant stakeholders

• Coordinate with field recruiters to verify and collect required data

• Flag inconsistencies or anomalies in data to managers
  
  Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in MIS / data entry or reporting roles

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Ability to handle multiple trackers and follow strict timelines
