The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, be proactive in maintaining daily reports, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of business-critical data. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas to analyze and summarize data.

• Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy access and reference.

• Ensure data accuracy by regularly verifying entries and correcting discrepancies.

• Communicate with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies and support decision-making.

• Generate periodic reports and dashboards to present insights and performance updates.

• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Job Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Data Entry, MIS, or Back Office roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with hands-on experience in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other reporting tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet daily reporting deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to data management.

• It is a Full Time बॅक ओफिस / डेटा एन्ट्री job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
