We are hiring for a Godown Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities involves.
- Stock Management: Ensuring stock availability of entire range across the product lines This includes ordering and reordering of short or unavailable range.
- Godown Operations: Ensuring physical arrangement of available stocks with deliver person.
- Billing & Delivery: Coordinate with sales and delivery person to ensure smooth processing of post order to stock dispatch and delivery. This including generating retail counter bills.
- Aim stock delivery on the day of order (Same day delivery)
- Documentation: Filling and documenting client bills as well unpaid bills to respective files (Beatwise).
- Banking Operations- Cash/cheque submissions in bank
- Documenting cash collected, UPI and Cheques in the respective register with bill details.
- Handing over of cash collected and cheques to concerned person on daily basis.
