Executive Assistant

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team at Vin Poly Technologies Private Limited to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a part of this job, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the organization/business premises. Besides this, you will also handle front-desk tasks like managing mail and forwarding phone calls. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹27000 - ₹35000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate and delegate tasks on behalf of the Director.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.

• Coordinate with customers for scheduling the meetings as and when needed.

• Participation in exhibitions and coordination for day today engagements in view of business.

• Presenting and preparing reports as and when required on need basis.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 5 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
