We are seeking a confident, driven, and self-motivated female Executive Assistant who will play a key independent role in representing the organization across internal teams and global associates. This is not a support role — it is a proactive leadership-enabling position that demands initiative, professionalism, and strong organizational capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Take complete ownership of planning, organizing, and coordinating high-level business activities including plant visits, strategic meetings, and reviews.
Independently manage complex calendars, scheduling, and day-to-day operational tasks.
Organize and oversee both international and domestic travel plans.
Liaise and communicate with internal departments and external international business associates with clarity and professionalism.
Represent the CMD’s office with accountability and discretion, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of key business functions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Female candidate, graduate or postgraduate in Finance or Marketing.
Age: 22 to 25 years.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly energetic, assertive, and self-driven personality.
Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working independently and handling sensitive/confidential information.
Skills:
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in office tools (MS Office Suite, calendar/scheduling platforms).
Professional presence with the ability to engage with senior leadership and international stakeholders confidently.
