Position: Executive Assistant

Experience Required: 1+ Years
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and time-management skills and have prior experience in handling executive-level support duties.


Roles and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.

  • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes.

  • Handle all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and official communications.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, reports, and confidential information.

Operational Assistance:

  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients, vendors, or stakeholders as required.

  • Assist in monitoring and tracking key projects and deadlines.

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as required by management.

  • Conduct basic research and gather data to support decision-making.

Office Coordination:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the executive’s office.

  • Help in organizing corporate events, meetings, and business conferences.

  • Order office supplies and oversee inventory when required.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Be a reliable point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executive.


Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).

  • 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and well-presented.
