Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper, project coordinator, and confidential assistant, ensuring smooth communication and efficient task execution across the organization.
· Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
· Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the Director.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
· Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
· Follow up on action items, deadlines, and assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
· Assist in drafting emails, letters, and communication on behalf of the Director.
· Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and office records.
· Support project coordination, track progress, and report updates to the Director.
· Manage and oversee special assignments or events as delegated.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
· 1-4 years of experience in a similar executive assistant or administrative role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
