Role Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Executive Assistant

to support the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director. The ideal

candidate will assist in managing daily administrative responsibilities, follow-ups,

coordination tasks, and help streamline communication between departments,

clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the EA in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning

Prepare reports, drafts, follow-up emails, and meeting summaries

Maintain databases and track tasks across departments

Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates on ongoing tasks and deliverables

Support in handling confidential and time-sensitive information

Assist in external vendor follow-ups, documentation, and communication

Maintain records, files, and task trackers as directed

Help in event planning, presentation prep, and basic data analysis

Attend internal meetings, take notes, and ensure action items are tracked and executed

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication

Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines

Good interpersonal skills and professionalism

Willingness to learn and work closely in a fast-paced environment
