BNC has been mandated to recruit an Executive Assistant with strong communication skills in English and proficiency in Excel to support the Executive Director in managing daily operations for a client in the publications house based at Daryaganj, Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external employees/vendors.
Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle all forms of communication on behalf of the Executive Director, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and briefing materials as required.
Follow up on tasks assigned by the Executive Director and ensure timely execution by concerned teams or individuals.
Organize and coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Provide general administrative support including filing, document management, and office coordination.
Requirements:
Graduate in any field
Minimum 1 years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
