Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Nacharam
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (E.A.) to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director
2. Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operations
3. Maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
5. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion
6. Perform other personal and professional tasks as assigned by the MD Required
Experience
1. 2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or Office Coordinator
2. Proven ability to coordinate and multitask in a fast-paced environment
3. Experience working directly with senior management preferred Educational
Qualification
• Graduate from a Secretarial College or equivalent
Required Skills
1. Excellent follow-up skills (This is a critical requirement)
2. Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
3. Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
4. Knowledge of shorthand is a plus
Preferred Attributes
1. Stable job history, with a consistent employment track record
2. Honest and trustworthy
3. Open to assisting with both professional and occasional personal tasks of the MD
