Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Handle day-to-day communication, including emails, phone calls, and internal coordination.
Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical).
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Assist with personal errands and confidential tasks when required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
3+ years of relevant experience supporting senior-level executives.
Strong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Prior experience in a manufacturing, trading, or industrial company.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, or any CRM software.
Professional attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take initiative.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
