Job Description: E-Commerce Platform Executive (Data Entry & Management)

We at Shyam Creation, a growing brand in the fashion and lifestyle space, are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Platform Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our online presence across various e-commerce platforms.

Position: E-Commerce Platform Executive

Location: Godadara Surat
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Product listing and catalog management across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.

• Upload and update product images, prices, descriptions, and specifications accurately.

• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/production team.

• Track order status and ensure timely dispatch.

• Handle return and exchange data, update status on portals.

• Monitor product reviews, ratings, and customer feedback on each platform.

• Analyze sales reports and generate daily/weekly performance summaries.

• Coordinate with support teams of various platforms for listing or policy issues.

• Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and brand standards.

Required Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with major Indian e-commerce platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in e-commerce or retail business.

• Knowledge of online sales trends and basic digital marketing is a plus.
