Job Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Document Verification Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying documents, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with company or client requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify personal, financial, or legal documents submitted by clients/customers.
Ensure all submitted documents meet company or regulatory guidelines.
Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or fraudulent documents.
Maintain and update verification records in the internal system.
Coordinate with clients or internal teams in case of missing or incorrect documents.
Ensure timely completion of verification tasks.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Data Entry).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Prior experience in data entry or back-office roles is a plus.
