Data Entry Operator

Dwarka Jewel is looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry / MIS professional to join our Back Office team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing insightful reports that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data entry, email drafting, data analysis, and have a strong understanding of MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain data in various databases and systems.

• Perform data analysis and generate MIS reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage Email Communication, draft email, reply on email.

• Verify data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

• Manage and organize data files, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management.

Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Proven experience in Data Entry with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Experience in MIS reporting and data management.

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
