Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:
1.     ERP System Management: Handle day-to-day data entry and processing tasks within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

2.     Purchase Order (PO) Processing: Create, verify, and track purchase orders; coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely updates.

3.     Excel Data Maintenance: Maintain and update various trackers, logs, and reports using Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and filters).

4.     Master Data Management: Ensure correctness and consistency of product, vendor, and pricing data in the ERP system.

5.     Inventory & Stock Reconciliation: Support in inventory updates and stock reconciliation activities as per system data.

6.     Reporting Support: Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management using Excel and ERP exports.

7.     Document Management: Organize and archive purchase orders, invoices, and related documents digitally and physically.

8.     Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with procurement, accounts, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth data flow across departments.

9.     Compliance & Confidentiality: Adhere to data protection guidelines and company confidentiality policies while handling sensitive information.
