Experience: 1+ Years

Location: Mumbai – Malad West.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Invoice data entry and validation using in-house software systems

·       Ad hoc data entry from Excel spreadsheets

·       Identifying/chasing missing gaps to maintain data completeness

·       Maintaining systems with accurate data, e.g., meter/account/site details

• Creating, updating and following procedures for all tasks

• Managing workload through ticket-based system

• Communicating with UK team through emails/tickets on tasks and issues

• Additional project work as required based on business priorities

Qualification and Experience:

·       Data entry experience

·       A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly excel

·       Previous office experience

Desirable: Energy/ Water Industry Knowledge and Experience

Required Skills:

·       High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·       Ability to prioritize and manage own workload

• Proactive approach to work and solving problems

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English for liaising with UK team

Additional Notes: Must be able to speak and understand English
