Work Mode: Onsite

One of the leading banks in India is seeking candidates to manage and maintain effective communication/liaison with the Government agencies within defined turnaround time and to deal effectively with different internal & external stakeholders of the Bank.  This is a purely operational role with the bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure weekly / fortnightly / monthly / quarterly updates of the tracker & Dashboard

• Maintain effective communication/liaison with Government agencies within defined turnaround time.

• To deal effectively with different internal stakeholders of the Bank.

• To be ready to work in rotational shifts (24•7) including night shifts and on holidays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a KPO preferred

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply (Training shall be provided for all)

• Skills: Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills are mandatory.  Working knowledge of MS office, Word, Excel, etc.

• Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and Bengali (spoken and written).

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor's in engineering /Technology / Math's / Commerce / Arts / Science /Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering /Management.
