We are hiring a Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and basic computer knowledge. This role involves entering and managing data in our systems with speed and accuracy.
Enter data from source documents into prescribed formats (Excel, Word, CRM, etc.).
Verify accuracy and correct errors in data before entry.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
Update and maintain databases on a regular basis.
Generate reports and complete assigned tasks on time.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Typing speed of at least 30–40 words per minute.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Prior experience in data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
