Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter transportation data such as delivery logs, driver details, trip records, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules into internal systems.

• Update customer and vehicle records on a daily basis.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely data collection and entry.

• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for trip sheets, invoices, and consignment notes.

• Generate reports for dispatch schedules, delivery performance, and route efficiency.

• Monitor data quality and report discrepancies or errors.

• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive logistics and client information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, preferably in a logistics or transport-related company.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic data entry software/tools.

• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with logistics terminology or transport operations is a plus.
