Data Entry Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to efficiently input, update, and maintain data in our computer systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for accuracy. You will work with confidential information and ensure the integrity and accuracy of our company’s data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

• Verify and correct data discrepancies and errors.

• Maintain and update records, ensuring all data is current and accurate.

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

• Review data for completeness and accuracy before entry.

• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Follow data program techniques and procedures.

• Respond to data inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.

• Fast typing skills (minimum 40–60 WPM).

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools, spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office Word, Excel), and databases.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data management software or CRM systems.

• Knowledge of administrative procedures.

• Familiarity with office equipment like scanners and printers.

Work Environment:
