Data Entry Executive

Accurately process customer inquiries and input data into internal systems.

• Coordinate with pricing and marketing teams to ensure correct and complete

information.

• Perform basic dimensional calculations for cargo and assist in preparing stowage plans.

• Ensure all inquiries are mapped to the correct personnel and flagged for discrepancies.

• Maintain organized records and generate basic reports using Excel.

• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues related to pricing or inquiry details.

Requirements

• Processing inquiries in system, Accurate calculation of Dimensions & prepare

concrete stowage plan to fit the cargo in special containers.

• Ensure timely problem solving, approvals, communication etc with HOD

• Following our system & process due diligently

• Maintaining good business rapport with internal customers
