Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Sheet Maintenance Executive. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and capable of keeping data well-organized, accurate, and consistently updated.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly data in Google Sheets.

• Create, format, and manage Excel spreadsheets for internal records.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across sheets.

• Generate simple reports and summaries when required.

• Collaborate with other departments to collect and input relevant data.

• Perform routine checks to ensure sheet data is up to date.

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good typing speed and attention to detail.

• Ability to organize and manage large sets of data.

• Basic understanding of formulas, filters, and formatting tools.

• Willingness to learn and improve spreadsheet management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, etc.).
