We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. Strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this role.
Accurately enter data into databases and spreadsheets from source documents.
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities.
Maintain and update records in a timely and organized manner.
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding data inconsistencies.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
