Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter data from source documents into prescribed formats (Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.)

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output

Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

Verify and update existing data

Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a data entry operator.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and data programs

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good command of English (written and spoken)

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Working Hours: Day Shift

Salary Range: 20000/- to 22000 depends upon interview.
