Job Title: Quality Executive – BPO

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our dynamic BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the quality of data and processes to meet organizational standards and client expectations. Candidates should have 45+ typing skills. This role involves analyzing performance trends, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor data and other communications for quality assurance.

Analyze data to ensure compliance with company and client-specific guidelines.

Identify gaps in processes and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain quality reports and dashboards.

Share actionable insights with the operations team and management.

Suggest improvements in workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment on quality parameters.

Ensure all quality protocols and procedures are followed.

Document audit results, non-compliance, and corrective actions.

Maintain up-to-date records of quality reviews and training sessions.

Excellent communication skills and writing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Fresher – 1.5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role in the BPO industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Typing speed 45+ needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with quality management tools and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.

Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
