The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets, and comfortable with email platforms like Gmail or Outlook.
Collect and extract email addresses from websites, documents, and databases.
Organize and maintain email data in Excel or Google Sheets.
Send emails using predefined templates or personalized messages.
Maintain proper records of emails sent and responses received.
Clean and verify email lists to reduce bounce rates.
Coordinate with the sales or marketing team for follow-ups.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience using email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Ability to manage time and work independently.
Good written communication skills in English or Hindi.
